Omnivery has an extensive yet easy-to-use user interface at https://app.omnivery.com. This documentation will guide you through individual parts of the UI, its use, and best practices.
Before we begin, let's take a look at what makes us different:

Deliverability - our customers need one thing to be done without an excuse: getting their messages delivered. That means it is and will be our top priority at all times. We won't charge you for deliverability consulting and help because that's what you pay us to do in the first place.
All our clients and individual domains must pass vetting before they can send out any messages. This prevents bad actors from entering the platform and affecting the reputation and deliverability of our clients.

Compliance - compliance is a big part of successful deliverability, and we have built our platform with compliance in mind. This includes both technical measures on our end as well as requirements we put on our clients.
To ensure messages get delivered, we enforce full domain alignment and require domains to be warmed up. We are always ensuring that our delivery platform is up to date with the latest deliverability best practices.

Transport security - all our service endpoints are available only using SSL-secured connections. We support TLS 1.3 and 1.2 using EC Certificates on all our services. Encryption is used on our internal network as well to secure communication between our servers.
Our MTAs (Mail-Transport Agents) use opportunistic TLS, meaning if the counterparty supports encryption, it will be used. In addition, our MTAs support DANE (DNS-Based Authentication of Named Entities) for increased transport security where available.

Data Privacy - privacy is a big topic not only in Europe but all around the world. We designed our platform with security and privacy in mind. We won't be storing months or years' worth of your data—we stick to the essentials.
If our clients need to prevent any personal information from being stored in our system, they can enable Strict privacy mode on individual domains, which will completely anonymize personal information stored in our systems.

Easy migration - we realize that changing your email delivery platform is not an easy decision to make. New APIs, webhooks, and possibly workflow requirements often delay or prevent migration to a new platform for months or years.
To make migration easy, Omnivery provides multiple APIs compatible with existing message delivery platforms. This makes migration super convenient and can be easily completed in a matter of hours, if not minutes.
The same goes for our webhooks—we'll pass them in a format compatible with the one you are currently used to. Migrating existing data from your current supported platform is a matter of one click, too.
