Getting Started

The very first step in your Omnivery journey will be getting your account set up. As you may have noticed, there is no Sign Up button or registration form, and for good reason. At Omnivery, our primary goal is to get your emails delivered, and that requires the best possible reputation. To protect the reputation of our platform, we only onboard customers that have passed our vetting process and allow domains that have been vetted. If you don't have an account yet, please go to our website and apply for an account.

If you have received your initial account activation email, you are ready to log in and start setting it up.

Left menu

The left menu contains all your navigation items and is divided vertically into three parts:

  • Customer selection at the very top allows you to switch between customer accounts. A single user can have access to multiple customer accounts.
  • Domain section contains all your domain settings, analytics, suppressions, allowlists, credentials, and routings for the selected domain.
  • Account section contains all account-wide settings—API keys, user management, domain list, and your account settings.

Top bar

The top bar displays the page you are currently viewing on the left with a refresh button, the domain selector in the middle, and notifications and user actions on the right.

Content area

This is the main area where information will be presented to you. The layout of this area varies by section of the application. In many cases, you will find hints on the right side of the screen to help you make the most of Omnivery's features.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides you with an overview of your messaging activities across your active domains. Currently, the dashboard does not contain any user-settable features. It always displays data for the past 30 days and a chart that allows you to zoom in and out to see specific dates or even hours and minutes. This is the only place where you will be able to see summarized information across all your domains.

Below the chart, you see a list of active domains and messages sent in the past 30 days.

On the right of the chart, you'll find tips on how to make the most of Omnivery's features.

Before you have any information showing on your dashboard, you must add your first sending domain.
